The Missouri State Old Time Fiddlers Association (MSOTFA) is dedicated to preserving and promoting the unique musical traditions of Missouri old-time fiddling. As a 501c3 nonprofit, its mission includes supporting contest organizers, providing resources and advice for fiddle events, and fostering a community around this cherished art form. The association also works to establish guidelines for contests, publish information about Missouri fiddle music, release recordings, publishing newsletters, and support local camps that align with MSOTFA's vision. Through these efforts, MSOTFA aims to keep Missouri’s fiddling heritage vibrant and accessible to future generations.
